The Nintendo Switch OLED, which is on sale for $274, or $75 off, at Walmart, is the premium version of the gaming console. It features a 7-inch OLED touchscreen display for crisp and sharp images for an even more immersive experience when playing on the go.

On sale for $179 (reg. $199) at Walmart, the Nintendo Switch Lite (in yellow) is a more portable version of the console. It’s meant to be taken with you, so it’s lighter, the controllers cannot be removed, and it’s smaller with a 5.5-inch display for easy gaming on the go. This is the one we personally use on our daily commutes on the subway and when traveling.
All of the Nintendo Switch models listed above from Walmart are the Japanese versions, but they’re region unlocked, so you can play American games with them.
And since these Nintendo Switch models are from Walmart, you’ll get it shipped to you for free if you’re a Walmart+ member. Otherwise, your cart has to be more than $35 to get free shipping.

The new Nintendo Switch 2 is expected to arrive in June and pre-orders are already available online. It’s expected to be larger than the original console, with magnetic Joy-Cons and designed with more online play available. It’s also likely that the gaming company will add the Nintendo Music app to the console itself, so you can listen to your favorite scores for your favorite games on the console itself. However, we’ll know more about the Nintendo Switch 2 when we get our hands on it.
