She’s letting her hair down.
Nicole Kidman shared some snaps from her recent Iceland vacation on Instagram, showing off her natural curls in the process.
“Beautiful country, trip of a lifetime,” she captioned the photos, thanking Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection for the experience.
In the first pic, the Oscar winner, 59, leans on the railing of the oversized boat, wearing a gray sweater and jeans. In the second, she’s out and about in the same knitwear and black leggings, with her hair blowing in the wind.
She’s also seen hugging sister Antonia while dressed in a black Moncler parka and boots. And while not exploring, she took a dip in the hot tub, wearing a blue ruffled bikini.
The comment section was filled with fans delighted by Kidman’s return to her roots.
“Curls are the best. Reminds me of your early movies,” one commented, while another said, “Beautiful hair curly – so natural and sexy and young💖✨✨✨✨.” A third wrote, “CURLS?! Looooove to see it”
While the actress is known to wear wigs onscreen, in magazines and on red carpets, she’s been showing off her natural texture more and more while off-duty lately.
Earlier this year, she was spotted at the Sydney airport with ringlets, and over the summer, she embraced her curls on a horse farm.
She’s entering a new era in more ways than one, having split from husband Keith Urban in September 2025 after 19 years of marriage. The former couple finalized their divorce in January.
Just last week, the “Practical Magic” star said she’s “embracing love, staying open, keeping the heart open and the possibilities” at this time in her life, as she’s been seen out and about with rumored new man Michael Reinstein.
