Rob Reiner’s drug-addled son is due in a Los Angeles court on Wednesday to face charges for murdering both his parents, a day after he was a no-show over medical issues.

Nick Reiner, 32, is due to make an initial appearance at Los Angeles Municipal Court a day after he was officially charged with fatally knifing Hollywood legend dad Rob Reiner and mom Michele at their home Sunday.

He could potentially face the death penalty if convicted, prosecutors confirmed Tuesday.

The long-troubled nepo baby was due to make his first appearance at the same time and place Tuesday, but failed to show.

His celebrity lawyer, Alan Jackson, called it “just a procedural issue” because the accused double murderer had “not been medically cleared.”

Reiner’s health is being considered on a “day-to-day” basis before he stands before a judge, according to Jackson, who previously repped high-profile Hollywood cases for Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey.

Earlier reports said the son, who has openly battled drug addiction, was on suicide watch in jail.

The lawyer refused to say who is paying Nick’s legal fees, including whether the Reiner family is involved.

Rob Reiner, 78, and his wife of 36 years Michele, 70, were found slain in their Brentwood home on Sunday afternoon.

The father, behind beloved classics like “The Princess Bride” and “A Few Good Men, was reportedly found by the couple’s 28-year-old daughter, Romy.

She then called police who found her mother dead inside. Sources said she told investigators her “dangerous” older brother should be considered a suspect.

The coroner is still attempting to pinpoint a time of death, but prosecutors believe two were killed sometime early Sunday morning — hours after Nick Reiner got into an awkward yelling match with his father at Conan O’Brien’s Christmas Party.

Nick Reiner was cuffed on a street by the LAPD’s Gang and Narcotics Unit around 9:15 p.m. Sunday, about 15 miles from his parents’ home, dramatic video of his arrest shows.

He is currently being held without bail at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility, where he’s reportedly on suicide watch.
