Former West Indian batter and T20 star Nicholas Pooran was tasked with choosing between Virat Kohli's aggression and MS Dhoni's calmness amid the ongoing Australia-India T20Is (via Crictracker). The West Indian left-hander went with Kohli's aggression as the one he vibes with more.

Kohli and Dhoni are two of the most accomplished cricketers across formats and levels. The duo played together for several years, with Kohli succeeding Dhoni as the Indian captain.

Pooran has played against both former captains in the IPL and in international cricket. Dhoni led the Indian side, with Kohli playing a vital role, to two ICC ODI titles in the 2011 World Cup and the 2013 Champions Trophy.

Meanwhile, Dhoni played his final game for India under Kohli in the 2019 ODI World Cup in England.

Pooran also answered several other 'This or That' questions, including the more cherished between a T20 World Cup and an IPL title. While the former West Indian has not laid his hands on either trophy, he went with the former.

He also mentioned preferring facing spin over pace and striking sixes over fine-leg with a scoop than ones over long-on.

Nicholas Pooran picks between MI and CSK as the tougher opponent

Nicholas Pooran was given the ultimate challenge of picking the tougher opponent between the two five-time IPL champions, the Mumbai Indians (MI) and the Chennai Super Kings (CSK). The destructive left-hander picked the Men in Yellow as the stiffer challenge compared to MI.

Nicholas Pooran has averaged 32.12 at a strike rate of 153.89 against CSK in 12 games in his career. Meanwhile, his average drops to under 29 against MI, but the strike rate is a sky-high 171.52 in 12 outings against them.

CSK and MI are the two most successful IPL franchises, with five titles each, including being the only two sides to win back-to-back IPL titles. While MS Dhoni's side became the first to achieve the back-to-back titles in 2010 and 2011, MI completed the same in 2019 and 2020.
