The 2025 NFL season has officially reached its midway point.

As November begins, many teams will take the field for Week 9 of the 18-week season. In fact, all teams aside from the Cleveland Browns, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles and Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be in action. As such, the league’s other 28 teams will compete in 14 games played from Thursday through Sunday.

After a primetime game on Thursday night, the Sunday afternoon early slate will be highlighted by the Indianapolis Colts’ trip to face the Pittsburgh Steelers, as the divisional leaders square off at Acrisure Stadium. In the NFC North, Minnesota Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy is expected to return from a high ankle sprain against the Detroit Lions, taking the field in the state where he became a national champion.
