NFL Hall of Fame Game radio station: Channel, live streams to listen live to Lions vs. Chargers preseason broadcast

The curtain rises on the 2025 NFL season this Thursday with the traditional Pro Football Hall of Fame Game, as the Chargers square off against the Lions in Canton, Ohio.

This annual gridiron gala takes place in Canton for good reason—it’s the birthplace of the league, dating all the way back to September 1920 when it was still called the American Professional Football Association. Now, more than a century later, this game kicks off the NFL’s 106th season in fitting fashion.

While the clash doesn’t carry any weight in the win-loss column, it’s far from meaningless. The teams chosen often share roots with that year’s Hall of Fame class—and this time, it’s the Chargers stepping into the spotlight for a reason.

One of the headliners in the 2025 Hall of Fame class is none other than legendary Chargers tight end Antonio Gates, who carved out a career as one of the best to ever play the position.

He’ll be honored alongside fellow football greats like Eric Allen, Sterling Sharpe, and Jared Allen, as Canton turns into the NFL’s version of Hollywood’s Walk of Fame for one celebratory weekend.

Listen to Lions vs. Chargers and every game of the 2025 NFL season live on SiriusXM. The Lions radio broadcast will be featured on channel 226, while the Chargers feed can be heard on channel 225.
