The NFL season is now two weeks old, so what are a few of the major headlines as we set our sights on Week 3? Unfortunately, the top story has to do with quarterback injuries.
Joe Burrow’s turf toe injury is expected to keep the Cincinnati Bengals QB out for at least three months, while Minnesota Vikings signal caller J.J. McCarthy will likely miss 2-4 weeks with a right high-ankle sprain. San Francisco’s Brock Purdy missed the 49ers’ Week 2 win over the New Orleans Saints after suffering a toe injury in Week 1, and both Justin Fields (concussion) and Jayden Daniels (knee) are questionable for Week 3 after suffering injuries during their Week 2 losses to the Buffalo Bills and Green Bay Packers, respectively.
On the field, ten teams are undefeated after two weeks, with the Packers and Bills looking especially dominant. But which squad has the best point differential as we head toward Week 3? The 2-0 Indianapolis Colts (+26)! Congrats, Danny Dimes!
