Jalen Hurts will represent the NFC in the 2025-2026 NFL Pro Bowl.

On Friday, the Eagles officially announced that their star quarterback has been added as a replacement for the game. For Hurts, he now adds a third Pro Bowl accolade to his resume.

The 27-year-old first made the Pro Bowl after the 2022 NFL season. That year, Hurts was widely viewed as an MVP candidate. He helped lead the Eagles to the Super Bowl for the first time since 2017. Hurts would follow that season with another Pro Bowl appearance.

@cee0000001: W JALEN IN THE CHAT

@damiloladerek: Absolute legend!

@Nappy_Marley: Idgaf 3X Pro Bowl QB Jalen Hurts

Hurts gets into this year’s Pro Bowl after what many would consider a down season. The veteran quarterback appeared in 16 games. He helped the Eagles achieve an 11-5 record as a starter. Hurts threw 454 passes, completing 64.8 percent of his attempts. He totaled 3,224 yards in the air and rushed 105 times for 421 yards. Hurts threw for a career-high 25 touchdowns and just six interceptions. On the ground, he rushed for eight touchdowns.

@SaulsSeason30: Much more deserving than Shedeur

@YaBoyJericho: We know he wants nothing to do with this lol

@WoahZew: THATS MY QB1 LETS GO SBMVP

Ultimately, Hurts and the Eagles’ offense disappointed during the 2025 NFL season. They went into the NFL Playoffs as the third seed, facing the San Francisco 49ers in the Wild Card round. Hurts threw for just 168 yards and one touchdown during the game.

The Eagles los to the 49ers, going one-and-done after winning the Super Bowl in 2024. Considering the heights that Hurts reached during the postseason in 2024, expectations were high in 2025. They weren’t met. As a result, the Eagles replaced first-year offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo with Sean Mannion. With a new offense coming in 2026, the Eagles will hope that Hurts can land a Pro Bowl nod for the fourth time in his career with a stronger performance.

For now, they’ll celebrate Hurts, Cam Jurgens, Zack Baun, Jalen Carter, Cooper DeJean, and Quinyon Mitchell.
