Beignets aren’t the only thing to be excited about in the Big Easy next spring.

The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival just announced their 2026 lineup and, per usual, they’re bringing in some truly heavy hitters for the 54th edition of the multi-weekend, multi-genre musical extravaganza.

This time around, Rock Hall of Famers Eagles, former Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks, timeless headliner Rod Stewart, avant-rocker David Byrne and country hitmaker Lainey Wilson top the impressive bill.

They’ll be joined by Kings of Leon, Nas, Raye, Teddy Swims and Lorde from April 23 through May 3.

Other biggies on the bill include throwback favorites like Earth Wind and Fire, The Isley Brothers, Herbie Hancock, Mavis Staples and Little Feat among others.

And we’re still just getting started.

In total, approximately 120 artists have been booked for the expansive annual jamboree.

According to Nola.com, “the Cultural Exchange Pavilion this year will highlight the music and culture of Jamaica. And Ziggy and Stephen Marley, Sean Paul, Luciano, Lila Ike, Burning Spear and Jesse Royal are among the Jamaican-born acts that will appear around the festival. The focus, entitled ‘One Love Jamaica,’ comes in the wake of the devastating Hurricane Melissa that hit the country in October.”

If you’ve never attended, the two-weekend event has a sterling reputation.

“Jazz Fest is more than a festival; it’s a celebration of the soul of New Orleans and the cultural tapestry of Louisiana, wrapped in rhythm, flavor, and community spirit,” Americana Highways raved in a review of the 2025 edition. “…Jazz Fest is a reminder that music can still be sacred, communal, and profoundly moving. For these reasons and more, Jazz Fest isn’t just the best festival of 2025, it’s the best festival, period.”
