After President Trump blamed Iran for the deadly strike on a girls’ elementary school in the country, stating that “They have no accuracy, whatsoever. It was done by Iran," the investigative group Bellingcat is questioning his claim. The group shared a three second clip of a strike taken on February 28, the day the school was hit, and verified it via geolocation, as did the Associated Press – and identified the missile in the clip as a US Tomahawk cruise missile. Iranian officials say the death toll at the location was over 180 people. According to the AP, neither the U.S. military's Central Command nor the Israeli military immediately replied to requests for comment.
