The Nets’ Cam Thomas saga has concluded.
Brooklyn waived the guard after Thursday’s NBA trade deadline, allowing him to become a free agent.

The 24-year-old lost his starting job and was perceived as available, per The Post’s Brian Lewis, though the team was seemingly unable to find a trade partner to take the shooting guard.
Thomas did not accompany the team on its flight to Orlando for Thursday’s game against the Magic, listed as out for personal reasons.
