It was worth the wait!

Netflix star Julia Haart’s sprawling Tribeca penthouse, which first hit the market for $65 million in 2022, has finally sold for $57 million according to city property records. News of the sale was first reported by the Real Deal.

That’s one of the highest sale prices for a downtown Manhattan residence.

The six-bedroom spread is at 70 Vestry St., which was developed by Related Companies and designed by the late Robert A.M. Stern of 15 Central Park West and 220 Central Park South fame.

The 13-room duplex comes with a private rooftop, and panoramic city skyline and Hudson River views. It was the setting of Haart’s Netflix show, “My Unorthodox Life,” during happier marital days — and it was also a key part of her brutal divorce battle.

Last year, Haart won control of the business she ran during her marriage to Silvio Scaglia — and the pricey penthouse, as well as nearly $10 million in cash, Page Six reported. The then-couple ran the Elite World Models agency and luxe lingerie firm La Perla — and were locked in an fierce battle for assets since 2022, when Haart said she wanted a divorce and Scaglia then tried to fire her.

Scaglia purchased the penthouse for $56 million in 2018 via an LLC, after signing a contract to buy it in pre-construction.

“Throughout this journey, I held steadfast to my belief in truth and justice, deeply trusting that if I stayed the course, the truth would ultimately prevail and the wrongs done to me would be made right,” Haart told Page Six following her divorce.

Born in Moscow, Haart grew up Orthodox, headed La Perla as its former creative director and is now an entrepreneur in her own right with her +Body by Julia brand. She is also the author of “Brazen: My Unorthodox Journey from Long Sleeves to Lingerie.”

The 7,808-square-foot aerie comes with floor-to-ceiling windows, two chef’s kitchens — and 3,687 square feet of outdoor space. The sale also includes two private parking spaces and private storage within the building.

There’s a corner great room with Hudson River views, as well as a study, an office and two powder rooms.

The main bedroom suite features a large dressing room; Haart designed her own closet system.

An upper level features a 670-square-foot great room, with nearly 13-foot ceiling heights, anchored by a gas fireplace designed by Brooklyn artist Peter Lane — as well as a library with custom bookshelves, a solarium and a study.

The crown jewel of the penthouse is the wraparound terrace, which can be accessed by an interior elevator, and includes a full outdoor kitchen.

After Scaglia moved out, Haart made the penthouse her own — transforming his former office into a cozy den decked out with Gucci chairs, Haas Brothers furnishings and a 102-inch screen, according to a Forbes article.

The listing broker was Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group.
