Nelly Korda hilariously saves her dad Petr’s caddie from embarrassment at PNC Championship 2025

Nelly Korda had a hilarious moment with her dad Petr Korda's caddie Chris Troy at the PNC Championship 2025. However, the ace golfer saved Troy from embarrassment after Petr left him hanging.

On Sunday, December 21, Nelly Korda and Petr Korda shot a 13-under 59 in the final round of the PNC Championship 2025. The duo tied for fourth and finished eight strokes back at 25-under.

Nelly Korda shared a hilarious clip where the Korda pair shook hands after a successful putt. Following the putt Troy raised his hand to give a high five to Petr Korda but the former tennis legend unintentionally ignored him. However, Nelly noticed it and completed the high five with Troy to save him from embarrassment.

"At least I didn't leave you hanging, 😂😂😂😂😂," Nelly wrote in her Instagram story.

Nelly Korda shares the 'last golf dump' of the 2025 season

Following the conclusion of the PNC Championship, Nelly Korda shared the last photo dump of the season. The dump included some BTS moments at the event with her dad and the two caddies.

"Last golf dump of the year!!! Thank you @pncchampionship for inviting Team Korda. Best way to end the year ❤️ Enjoy the 2nd vid 😅😂," she wrote in caption.

Speaking of the golf season, this was an underwhelming year for Nelly as she failed to win even a single title. Her last win came at the Annika in 2024, but since then she has struggled to cross the final barrier.

This year, Korda played 19 events and did not miss a single cut. She registered nine top-ten finishes in 2025, including runner-up finishes at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions and the US Women's Open.
