There was a clear need for the Milwaukee Bucks to shake up their roster during the earlier stages of the offseason. The era of allowing older players to continue competing at the highest level was over for Milwaukee, a trend that had been prevalent over the past few years.
Instead of dwelling on it, the Bucks made the necessary moves to get younger. They brought in Myles Turner to replace Brook Lopez, kept Kevin Porter Jr. and Ryan Rollins, added Cole Anthony, and made some other moves.
However, the Bucks have still been linked to a few players who are a bit older and have dealt with some injuries. That includes Victor Oladipo, who was once one of the better players in the NBA.
Despite the interest, from how things sound, FanSided believes the Bucks' latest decisions shed some light on the actual interest Milwaukee has. They noted that because the Bucks have made the moves they have, it likely takes them out of the running for Oladipo.

“The ties are there. Milwaukee attempted to pair the two-way All-Star with Giannis Antetokounmpo in the past via trade, although a deal never materialized. That came when Oladipo was a member of the Indiana Pacers, where he was teammates with new Buck Myles Turner, further shining a light on the team's ties to the guard...
“However, those days are over. This team doesn't need to seek out name recognition. They need young up-and-comers,” they wrote.
Had Oladipo been on the court over the past few years, there would be a strong argument to be made that the Bucks could use him off the bench.
However, it's impossible to disregard his injuries, as Oladipo has dealt with plenty.
