LAS VEGAS, NV – The NBA Summer League Championship is here. Tip-off is set for 10 p.m. ET, broadcast on ESPN, featuring the Sacramento Kings vs. the Charlotte Hornets. The Kings and Hornets advanced to the final with perfect 5-0 records in the Summer League. The Sacramento Kings defeated the Toronto Raptors in the semifinals, 98-88. Second-year forward Isaac Jones led the team with 36 points, six rebounds, and two assists. The Charlotte Hornets beat the Oklahoma City Thunder, 109-80, with undrafted guard Jaylen Sims leading Charlotte with 25 points, while rookie Kon Knueppel added 17 points. This marks the Kings’ third appearance in the title game and their first since 2021, while the Hornets have reached the Summer League final for the first time.
