Nationals coach collapses during batting practice
A member of the Nationals' staff was stretchered off the diamond after collapsing during batting practice ahead of Washington's 6:45 p.m. ET road duel against the Phillies, per Fox 29 Philly's Devan Kaney.
The staffer, who hasn't yet been named, collapsed early in BP. Medical personnel came onto the diamond to tend to him, carting him off the field a short time later. Nationals players left the field, according to NBC Sports Philadelphia's John Clark.
