“The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star Layla Taylor is dating Kelsie Chesser.
The reality TV star confirmed their relationship status when Chesser shared a TikTok video on Tuesday, which she captioned, “When I slid into my girlfriend’s DMs just hoping she was into girls.”
Chesser, who sang along to Beyoncé’s “Partition” in the video, further captioned the post, “Thankful she was 🙂↕️ #wlw #girlfriend.”
However, the confirmation came when Taylor chimed in the comment section, simply writing, “Folded.”
In the clip, Chesser showed off her arm tattoos, which matched those in a video Taylor posted on June 6, where she teased the identity of her girlfriend.
She captioned the soft-launch video, “‘You’re glowing recently,’ thanks, I’m dating a woman now.
“Chivalry isn’t dead it’s [with] the lesbians.”

At the time, Taylor’s “SLOMW” co-star Jen Affleck voiced her support by commenting, “You look so happy 🥺❤️.”
The HULU star officially came out as bisexual on a June 29 episode of Jay Shetty’s “On Purpose” podcast.
“I’m gay, and I’m bi and date women and men,” she said in the episode, where she also revealed she was “talking to” a woman who had expressed interest by liking an Instagram photo of hers. At the time, Taylor did not identify the woman who is now presumed to be Chesser.
She gushed about her girlfriend in the podcast, stating how “emotionally aware” and “very patient” she was.
“She’s just been very understanding and letting me take this at my own pace because it is just still foreign to me and it is so new. [It’s the] level of understanding and just being there for me,” Taylor continued.
Taylor did not come out to her “SLOMW” co-stars before doing so in the podcast.
Taylor had previously been married to Clayton Wessel, with whom she shares sons Oliver, 5, and Maxwell, 3.
The couple got married in 2020 and ultimately separated three years later. Since their separation, Taylor has dated both Cameron Jolley and Mason McWhorter.
The reality star confirmed her split from McWhorter in an emotional TikTok in February and had not hinted at any new relationships until her podcast appearance in June.
