The Yankees' 2025 season could come to an end Tuesday night in the Bronx.
New York faces elimination in Game 3 of the AL Division Series after getting pummeled by a combined score of 23-8 across the first two games in Toronto.
Aaron Boone will give the ball to veteran lefty Carlos Rodon to start but it will be all hands on deck as Yankees pitching tries to find a way to keep Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and friends in the ballpark. Shane Bieber gets the start for the Blue Jays, who are on the verge of their first postseason series win since sweeping Texas in the 2016 ALDS.
The other AL series between the Mariners and Tigers shifts to Detroit, with Jack Flaherty set to face Logan Gilbert at Comerica Park after the teams split a pair of 4-3 decisions in Seattle.
