The Arizona Diamondbacks have been an interesting team to watch this season.
They are in the mix for a spot in the postseason, as they are just three games back in the National League Wild Card race. However, they are a game under .500 and nine games back in the NL West.
It remains to be seen what they will do at the trade deadline this summer. They could take several different directions.
However, Mike Axisa of CBS Sports believes that right-hander Zac Gallen is likely to be traded at the deadline, with Arizona making moves in multiple directions.
"I'm going with Zac Gallen. He'll be a free agent after the season and the Diamondbacks have a history of buying and selling at the same time, most notably when they traded away Zack Greinke while bringing in Gallen and Mike Leake at the 2019 trade deadline, so they could move him even if they hang around the wild-card race," Axisa writes.

The Diamondbacks are not getting their typical production out of Gallen, who is a former Cy Young contender.
The 29-year-old is 4-8 in 15 starts with a 5.19 ERA, and he's averaging just 8.4 strikeouts per nine innings.
But with Gallen being in the final year of his contract, it's not out of the realm of possibility that Arizona trades him. They could also do this to fill other needs of the roster.
Gallen was 14-6 last season with a 3.65 ERA in 28 starts, so he still has some value, even with his 2025 struggles.
It will be interesting to see what Arizona decides to do at the deadline.
