PHILADELPHIA, P.A. — What better way to wrap up America 250 celebrations?

Baseball's biggest names will take the field at Citizens Bank Park on Tuesday night for the 2026 MLB All-Star Game — a location that was selected long ago to put a historic city in the forefront for the United States' 250th birthday. And from Bryce Harper and Mike Trout to Junior Caminero and Munetaka Murakami, there should be plenty of highlights to come from the stars.

While Shohei Ohtani and Aaron won't be participating, there are plenty of other Midsummer Classic storylines. Justin Verlander, a "legend" selection to the contest, will be making his final All-Star appearance before retirement. NL starting pitcher Cristopher Sanchez, Kyle Schwarber and Harper will look to put on a show in front of their home fans. And rising players like Kevin McGonigle, James Wood and Jordan Walker will have a chance to make an even bigger name for themselves.
