The teenage son of the millionaire tech CEO killed when a private plane crash-landed on a Texas highway miraculously survived the fiery wreck, according to reports.

The son of Joshua Baer, the head of tech startup Capital Factory, is doing “OK” after the NetJets-operated Cessna Citation Latitude aircraft burst into flames when it crashed upside down on a Laredo highway shortly after 10 p.m. Tuesday, a family representative told KXAN.

The duo was aboard the aircraft with four other passengers — two teenagers and two pilots — when the private plane suffered a mechanical issue and lost contact with air traffic control.

The identities of those on board was not immediately made clear, and the family representative declined to speak on the conditions of the other teens in respect to their families when approached by the outlet.

The jet had departed San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, around 6:18 p.m. local time and was headed for Austin, Texas, before diverting to Laredo, according to FlightRadar24.

Police said the aircraft came down on the highway, struck a moving car, shut down traffic in both directions and scattered debris across multiple lanes.

The five crash survivors, as well as a person from a passing car who was clipped by the plane and five first responders suffering from smoke inhalation, were all rushed to a local hospital.

Police confirmed the survivors have been released from the hospital, the outlet reported.
