Millie Bobby Brown hinted at tension with her “Stranger Things” co-star David Harbour in an interview last year.
Amid reports that the actress, 21, accused her 51-year-old colleague of harassment and bullying on the set of her Netflix show, Brown’s March 2024 sitdown with MTV resurfaced.
In it, the “Damsel” star discussed her wedding to Jake Bongiovi, which would be taking place two months later.
The journalist joked that the nuptials should be “Stranger Things”-themed, with the bride “walking down the aisle to music from the show.”
Brown played along, brainstorming a shaved head and a black and red color scheme, until the reporter said, “Harbour is officiating.”
The Emmy nominee squinted her eyes before giving a reluctant, “Yes.”

Brown immediately backtracked with an awkward laugh, saying, “I don’t know how I feel [about that]. Sure.”
She went on to pitch Matthew Modine for the role — and the 66-year-old actor did, indeed, officiate her and Bongiovi’s May 2024 ceremony.
Modine plays Martin Brenner on the long-running series, the father figure who subjected Brown’s character, Eleven, to experiments.
Harbour, for his part, takes care of Brown as Jim Hopper.
Before filming the fifth and final season, Brown allegedly filed a complaint against Harbour, the Daily Mail reported over the weekend.
“There were pages and pages of accusations,” the outlet claimed on Saturday, noting Harbour was not accused of sexual impropriety. “The investigation went on for months.”
While the outcome of the inquiry — and the specifics of Brown’s allegations — remain unknown, she allegedly filmed the series finale accompanied by a personal representative.
Filming took place between January and December 2024, wrapping eight months before Brown and Bongiovi, 23, adopted their baby girl.
Harbour has been making headlines for his own personal life this year, splitting from Lily Allen — and being called out for allegedly cheating in her scathing “West End Girl” album.
The “Hellboy” star, who married Allen in 2020, has yet to discuss his estranged wife’s viral lyrics.
