The Indianapolis Colts (4-6) are looking to turn their season around amid a three-game losing streak, and they've been without a big piece of the offense in recent weeks.
Though wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. has technically only missed one game this season, he's dealt with a combination of back and finger injuries over the last month.
It was initially reported that Pittman was a candidate to go on the Reserve/Injured list due to a back injury, but the 27-year-old opted to play through the injury.
However, Pittman wound up suffering a finger injury in Week 9, which ultimately forced the Colts to give him a game off to heal, making him inactive for the Week 10 loss against the Buffalo Bills.
Here's the latest update on Pittman's injury going into Week 11:
Michael Pittman Jr. injury update
Seemingly healed from his finger injury, Pittman was only listed with a back injury on the team's injury report leading into the Week 11 matchup against the New York Jets.
The former second-round pick was a full participant throughout the entire week of practice, which is a great sign for his chances to return to his typical role as a starter.
Pittman was not given a designation on the final injury report, suggesting he will at least be active for the game. Whether he's still dealing with the back injury in terms of a pain tolerance issue is another question entirely.
Either way, the Colts will have their full stable of weapons for Anthony Richardson, who was named the starter again after a two-game absence due to the team's decision to bench him.
