Michael Cole drops John Cena bombshell at Saturday Night's Main Event

WWE legend Michael Cole recently made a massive announcement related to John Cena at tonight's Saturday Night's Main Event. The Cenation Leader is at the tail end of his wrestling career.

Cena will hang up his boots after one last match at Saturday Night's Main Event on December 13, 2025. There are only four dates left on John's retirement tour. He is heavily rumored to defeat Dominik Mysterio for the Intercontinental Championship to become a Grand Slam Champion before December. Reports also suggest that the 17-time World Champion could defend the IC title against Gunther in his final outing. However, nothing has been confirmed yet.

At tonight's Saturday Night's Main Event, legendary commentator Michael Cole dropped a huge bombshell regarding John Cena. Cole revealed that Cena would sit down with veteran reporter Tom Rinaldi for an "incredible interview" in the next couple of weeks.

After WWE showcased a glimpse of Cena's upcoming interview, Michael Cole was excited to see the whole thing.

"In the next couple of weeks, we'll be able to watch what's gonna be an incredible interview with John Cena conducted by the great Tom Rinaldi... And I believe everything John Cena says. I cannot wait to see that interview in its entirety with Tom Rinaldi," Cole said.

Cena's next WWE appearance is set for the November 10 Monday Night RAW. After this, he will only have three dates left on his retirement tour. His schedule is already out. Cena will be on the November 17 RAW as well. He will most likely wrestle at Survivor Series: WarGames. As mentioned above, The Chain Gang Soldier's last outing inside the ring will be on December 13, 2025.

It will be interesting to see what the Triple H-led creative team has planned for Cena's final match at Saturday Night's Main Event in December.
