One of Miami’s hottest social media stars is suing her Colombian pop singer ex for allegedly leaking a graphic sex tape of them together.
But the pop sensation’s response is sparking backlash. He says he’s innocent — and far too famous to bother with such an attention grab.
Isabella Ladera, 26, hit 23-year-old singer Beéle in Miami-Dade County Monday with claims that he leaked an X-rated clip of the former couple getting steamy, which spread “like a wildfire” across the internet.
“The video went viral, and for Ladera the earth stood still,” her lawsuit read, describing the moment she realized the video had been leaked on Sept. 7 as “shocking.”
Ladera — who commands a massive audience of 6.5 million followers on Instagram and another 5.6 million on TikTok — alleged that she and Beéle were the only people who ever held the explicit footage,
Since she had deleted hers and never sent it to anybody, the singer must be the source of the leak.
“I am profoundly devastated. An intimate and private moment was leaked without my consent, in an act that represents one of the cruelest betrayals I have ever experienced,” Ladera wrote in a statement on Instagram. “That video was only in the hands of two people: the other person and me.”
But Beéle — real name Brandon de Jesús López Orozco — flat-out denied the allegations, saying he had no need for the kind of attention a sex-tape would bring.
“His artistic career and international prestige preclude any need or interest in such events,” his attorneys wrote in a statement on social media that was lated deleted.
“We categorically reject the circulation on social media and digital platforms of an intimate video that violates the privacy and dignity of the individuals involved,” Beéle’s attorneys added.
The couple began dating around 2023 as both were ending long-term relationships, Ladera’s lawsuit reads, and would film themselves having sex “at Beéle’s request” to share with one another.
“Ladera never thought that these videos would ever be shared with anyone let along published to the world,” the lawsuit read.
“Little did she know that the trust would one day be broken.”
In May 2024 when they were still dating, Ladera told Beéle that she had deleted her videos and asked him to do the same — but was surprised when he refused, and even “questioned her trust in him,” the lawsuit read.
Their relationship soured over the following year — with Beéle’s ex-wife at one point sharing images on social media of his phone with texts he’d allegedly sent Ladera while he was married, the lawsuit read.
The pair split by March 2025.
But two months later Ladera claimed she was approached by people who told her they’d been sent screenshots of the sex tape, and cautioned her that a full video might be released. She said she contacted Beéle’s management and that the matter seemed resolved — only for the video to later appear online.
“The only other person who Ladera knew had the videos, Beéle, had made his intentions clear when he refused to erase them,” the lawsuit alleges.
“The refusal to erase the videos, coupled with the apparent easily accessible nature of his phone, establishes that Beéle is the source of the leaks.”
Ladera — who is seeking damages for invasion of privacy, sexual cyber-harassment, and other claims — took it a step further in a lengthy social media post where she accused her ex of “violence against women.”
She said he attempted to expose her in the “lowest possible way.”
“This act not only violates my privacy, it also attacks my dignity and has caused immense pain — to me, but also to my family,” wrote Ladera, who is a mother to a young daughter.
“I am not the shame of this story. The shame belongs to the one who betrayed me. I am still here, standing, with my head held high. For me. For my family. And for all the women who have been victims of a narcissist,” she added.
