Everything is starting to heat up for the NFL Draft, and this week, it's set to dominate the sports world. Fans will be glued to mock drafts, eagerly watching to see who their team might pick, along with any potential trades that could materialize as the clock winds down on draft night.
There are already players predicted to land in different spots—take Ashton Jeanty, for example. No one knows whether it’ll be the Las Vegas Raiders or the Jacksonville Jaguars who snatch him up just before the other. Regardless, draft night is always one fans can’t wait for.
The Miami Dolphins are heading into the draft with the No. 13 pick. It's not a bad spot, and whoever they choose could be a star in the making. All signs are pointing toward a cornerback, especially with Jalen Ramsey reportedly seeking a trade. The Atlanta Falcons could be a team to land him—if the price is right.
One standout corner still on the board is Michigan’s Will Johnson, who would be a perfect replacement for Ramsey. When healthy, Johnson is a top-tier corner, which is why many predict the Dolphins will take him with their first-round pick.
“With the top offensive tackles coming off the board, Miami pivots to another growing need in the secondary,” Tyler Sullivan wrote.
The New Orleans Saints may also be in the running to draft Johnson, but if they decide to go the quarterback route, Miami could swoop in.

Johnson’s draft stock has taken a hit as the big night approaches.
“Unfortunately, an up-and-down junior campaign could cost Johnson money as he seems to be sliding down draft boards,” Ely Allen wrote.
Johnson played in only six games due to injuries, and that's beginning to hurt his draft positioning. Still, if the Dolphins land Johnson, it could help soften the blow of losing Ramsey.
