Melanie Griffith is showing off her impressive swimsuit bod after spending time at a luxury health resort.
The actress, 69, posted pics of herself sporting a black one-piece looking happy and healthy on Instagram Wednesday. Griffith lounged on a deck chair, appearing totally relaxed while enjoying the sunshine.
In another pic in her carousel, she put her arms up while on a boat, wearing the same high-neck swimwear, but this time pairing it with jean shorts. Another pic included her practicing yoga in a hot pink sports bra and matching leggings.
Griffith shared that she spent a few weeks at VIVAMAYR Maria Wörth, a wellness retreat located on the shores of Austria’s Lake Wörthersee. The resort offers personalized medical care, as well as “mindful nutrition, movement and regeneration.”
The “Working Girl” star said she took the resort’s signature “the Cure” program, which is a medically supervised detox and wellness regime.
Griffith wrote that her “health reset” gave her “the chance to truly recharge, replenish and relax.”
“I’m so grateful to all of the wonderful doctors, therapists and health practitioners who make the experience so special. -A little heaven on earth. ♥️,” she gushed.
She got plenty of positive comments on her post, with fans praising her looks.

Griffith is a mom of three. She shares daughter Dakota Johnson, 36, with her first ex-husband, actor Don Johnson (whom she remarried, but divorced twice); son Alexander Bauer, 41, with her second ex-husband, actor Steven Bauer; and daughter Stella Banderas, 29, with her third ex-husband, actor Antonio Banderas.
Griffith is still friendly with Banderas, 66, whom she was married to for 18 years before they split in 2014. In April, they linked arms during a night out in Los Angeles together, smiling big in pics obtained by Page Six.
They were accompanied with daughter Stella and her husband, Alex Gruszynski.
The “Mask of Zorro” star spoke about his still-close relationship with Griffith in August.
“When I go to Los Angeles, we get together anyway, we [have] a lot of fun. We laugh and we just … it’s a very healthy thing, and it was very healthy for our kids,” he told People.
He added, “If [Griffith] is not my best friend, [she is] one of my best friends.”
