Megan Fox revealed her and ex MGK’s pregnancy was “unplanned” in a rare Instagram post.
The actress re-shared an “Overcompensating” clip to her Story on Wednesday that was filmed last year while she was expecting her fourth child.
“38 years old. Six weeks pregnant,” the “Jennifer’s Body” star, 39, captioned the footage from the Amazon Prime series.
“Unplanned but a happy surprise,” she noted in parentheses.
Fox continued, “Please stop listening to the patriarchy. Women are eternal light beings. We do not have an expiration date. Don’t let them rob you of your power. Anyway … watch @overcompensating.”
The upload marked the “Transformer” star’s first foray into social media since she and MGK, 35, welcomed their baby girl in March.

“She’s finally here!!” the rapper (aka Machine Gun Kelly) captioned the infant’s Instagram debut at the time. “Our little celestial seed.”
Amid some confusion, the Grammy nominee — whose real name is Colson Baker — clarified that the little one is not named Celestial Seed, promising fans that Fox will share the moniker when she’s “ready.”
The on-again, off-again couple announced Fox’s pregnancy news in November 2024, two years after going public with their previous miscarriage.
“nothing is ever really lost. welcome back,” Fox captioned her baby bump debut.
The duo called it quits later that same month and are now co-parenting their newborn.
“They don’t have a set co-parenting schedule in place at the moment,” a source told Page Six last month. “They just want to celebrate this time and enjoy their baby girl for now.”
The insider noted that while the pair are not “living together,” MGK is “staying with” his ex in order to “spend as much time with the baby as possible.”
Us Weekly reported in April that Fox, feeling “renewed and refreshed,” is reconsidering a relationship with MGK.
“Megan has noticed his energy is different, the look in his eyes is different, his aura has changed,” the outlet claimed. “She feels the baby is exactly what he needed, and she is hoping it sticks.”
Fox has three more children with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green — Noah, 12, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 8 — while MGK shares daughter Casie, 15, with ex Emma Cannon.
