Megan Fox gets on all fours in a latex bra and peekaboo thong

Megan Fox’s Instagram comeback continues — this time on all fours.

The “Transformers” actress, 39, dropped a new set of Instagram photos on Monday, posing in a black latex bra, matching skirt with a peekaboo thong and thigh-high boots.

She crawled across the studio floor in the shots, accessorizing with Andre Montana rimless sunglasses ($490), a chunky silver choker and periwinkle blue claws courtesy of nail artist Brittney Boyce.

“Love was the most savage monster of all,” she captioned the post, perhaps referencing her tumultuous relationship with ex MGK.

The photos were shot by Cibelle Levi, who called Fox “my Taurus twin” when reposting the actress’ first set of pics last week, while makeup artist Jenna Nicole and hairstylist Chris Dylan were behind the knockout glam — rosy cheeks, pink lips and long, tousled hair.

MGK, meanwhile, wasted no time weighing in. “Stoked we had a baby,” the rapper, 35, commented — a nod to the pair’s daughter, Saga Blade, born in March 2025. (MGK also recently showed off a new tattoo dedicated to the tot.)

Jenna Dewan also chimed in: “Good lord Megan 🔥😂.”

This is Fox’s second post since she returned to Instagram on March 3 following a nearly year-long absence, wiping her entire account before sharing a set of photos in a black tee with garter straps, thong and Dolls Kill platform heels covered in pot leaves.

MGK hopped in those comments, too, writing, “Stoked I have your phone number.”

The two called off their engagement in 2024 and are currently co-parenting their daughter along with Fox’s three sons from her previous marriage to Brian Austin Green.
