The “You’ve Got Mail” star also made an appearance earlier in the night to pay tribute to Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele Singer, during an emotional Oscars 2026 In Memoriam segment.

The couple was found dead in their California home on Dec.14 at the ages of 78 and 70, respectively.

Donning a strapless black dress, Ryan stood alongside “When Harry Met Sally” co-star Billy Crystal, 78, who delivered a moving message about the late filmmaker.

“Rob’s movies will last for lifetimes because they were about what makes us laugh and cry and what we aspire to be far better in his eyes, far kinder, far funnier, but far more human,” Crystal said.

Following his speech, the Dolby Theatre curtain rose to reveal more than a dozen stars who worked with Reiner, including “Stand By Me” stars Jerry O’Connell, Kiefer Sutherland and Will Wheaton.

Ryan and Crystal were also joined by “This is Spinal Tap” stars Christopher Guest and Michael McKean, “The Princess Bride” stars Fred Savage, Carey Elwes, Mandy Patinkin and Carol Kane, Kathy Bates from “Misery,” “A Few Good Men” stars Demi Moore and Kevin Pollack, and John Cusack and Daphne Zuniga from “The Sure Thing.”

“Thank you, Rob and Michele, for the way you believe in true love, in fairy tales, and in laughter,” Ryan wrote on Instagram in the wake of the Reiner murders. “Thank you for your faith in the best in people, and for your profound love of our country.”

Sunday night also marked the second year in a row that Ryan and Crystal shared the Academy Awards stage.

Last year, in honor of the classic rom-com’s 35th anniversary, the “When Harry Met Sally” co-stars reunited to present the Oscar for best picture to “Anora.”

“Because when you have a chance to be an Oscar winner for the rest of your life, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible,” Crystal joked at the time, citing one of the most iconic lines from “When Harry Met Sally.”

Ryan’s surprise appearance at the 97th Academy Awards last year marked her first time attending the ceremony in 27 years.

As for the Vanity Fair Oscars Party Sunday night, the “Top Gun” star was joined by Lauren Sánchez and Jeff Bezos, Kim Kardashian, Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner and many more.
