Meet the Aussie laborers who turned grit into a $3M beauty brand

Two blue-collar brothers from Down Under are proving that real men do wash their faces, and they’re making a cool $3 million a year doing it.

Beau and Zac London were your typical Aussie tradies (or tradesmen), up before dawn and busting their humps on outdoor job sites. But years of getting their faces absolutely battered by the brutal Australian sun, wind and construction dust left them with severe sun damage, deep-seated grime and premature wrinkles. When they went looking for relief, they found an industry completely out of touch with the working man.

Desperate to save their skin, the brothers resorted to borrowing their mum’s products, sparking a massive lightbulb moment: the multi-billion-dollar beauty market was completely ignoring millions of laborers and tradesmen.

With zero corporate experience and “no plan,” they decided to build an empire for the guy on the tools. Three years later, they have 40,000 customers, millions in revenue, and a highly anticipated launch hitting Amazon US this June 2026.

What is Frasé Skin?

Frasé Skin is a no-nonsense, Australian-made men’s skincare brand built specifically for folks who work for a living. The name itself is deeply personal, named after Beau’s best friend Fraser, who tragically passed away when Beau was just 16. It serves as a daily reminder to keep the brand grounded, real and completely devoid of typical corporate fluff.

Instead of flashy packaging and fancy fragrances, Frasé delivers a hyper-focused lineup of high-performance products designed to undo a hard day’s labor without making a guy feel ridiculous at the checkout counter.

The daily routine starts with the Daily Facial Cleanser, a heavy-hitting but gentle wash packed with hyaluronic acid, green tea extract and grape seed that lifts site dirt without stripping the skin raw. For the days when standard soap won’t cut it, the Grub Scrub steps in. This exfoliating beast uses rice husk powder and pumice to blast away dead skin, while salicylic acid and a natural AHA blend from sugarcane and lemon go deep into the pores to brighten up a dull, weather-beaten complexion.

Locking in that protection is the Daily Moisturiser, a rich yet incredibly lightweight formula. Utilizing avocado oil, squalene, and kelp extract, it hydrates and firms the skin to fight early signs of aging without leaving a greasy residue that melts off on a hot job site.

Finally, the brand rounds out its tough-on-grime lineup with body care and specialized treatments. The Fix Up Scrub is a bamboo extract and salicylic acid body wash engineered to crush bacne and body breakouts born from long days sweating in high-vis gear. For the ultimate deep clean, the Rip Strips act as charcoal nose strips that yank out the stubborn, deep-seated blackheads your daily cleanser can’t reach.
