The NBA Draft Lottery is usually associated with the triumph that teams feel when they are awarded a top-notch pick. But looking back through the years, there are often some very familiar faces rising to accept the honor for their team.
This year is no different. The representative may not be holding up a jersey quite yet or hearing their name called, but for some of them, that night wasn't too long ago. For other legends, it's a distant memory.
But not every representative is a player, either. Sometimes it's a member of the front office or even a relative of one who has garnered some fame of their own. This season has the full landscape of these figures.
Here is who will be representing each of the 14 teams as they hear their pick number at this year's draft lottery.

Who is each team's lottery representative?
Of the 14 teams, six have a player representing them at the draft lottery this season. This includes three former players, Vince Carter, Rolando Blackman and John Wall, and three current players, Kon Knueppel, T.J. McConnell and Keyonte George.
There are also three front office executives who will be there to represent their teams. These include Onsi Saleh, Larry Harris and Scott Perry.
However, the intersection of this Venn Diagram is large, with four representatives who are both former players and members of the front office. These include Toni Kukoc, Tayshaun Prince, Alonzo Mourning and Nick Collison.
If you've been counting those numbers, you'll realize there's still one spot left. That's because Mallory Edens doesn't necessarily fall into any of those categories. Edens is the daughter of one of the majority owners, Wes Edens. Mallory Edens is a former model, now working as a producer. Longtime NBA Lottery fans may recognize her from when the Bucks got the No. 2 overall pick in 2014. That pick resulted in Jabari Parker.
