CALGARY, Alberta — The Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) will respond to the expected release tomorrow of the Fatality Inquiry regarding the death of Deborah Onwu. Onwu was a Calgary resident and a Family and Youth Councillor employed by Woods Homes who was stabbed nineteen times by a client on October 3, 2019.
