For Chicago Bears fans who still want Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby in the Windy City, you may be in luck, because a new trade prediction is linking Crosby to the franchise.

On Wednesday, ahead of the NFL's Week 7 slate of games, Jordan Dajani of CBS Sports released a feature naming five players he'd "like to see get a change of scenery." He notes that all the trade talk is "usually more entertaining than the deals that actually take place before that Nov. 10 deadline, but we've been surprised before."

In the piece, he links Maxx Crosby to the Bears, as well as their rival, the Detroit Lions.

Maxx Crosby could find a new home with the Chicago Bears before the trade deadline

"I don't know if Crosby still wants out of Vegas. Maybe he viewed the canceled trade as divine intervention signaling he was always meant to don the silver and black," he notes in the piece. "The Raiders are more competitive this year than they have been in quite some time, but I would still like to see Crosby on a winning team."

Dajani makes a solid point that Crosby wants to win a championship. He has a better chance of doing that with the Raiders this season, since the team is 3-3 and performing better than it has in years, but it's still a stretch, obviously, to say this team will go all the way. So, if that's the goal, it may still be in his best interest to get traded to a real contender before the November deadline hits. Will it happen? This reporter says it's doubtful, but that doesn't mean it won't.
