Manchester United’s summer transfer plans have taken an early hit — and this time, the red alarm is sounding from Italy.

According to reports in Belgium (via HLN), Brugge are standing firm on their €40 million valuation.
That price tag already scared off Borussia Dortmund, who were once favorites to land Jashari. But Milan appear ready to test the waters again — and possibly go higher if needed.
Italian manager Massimiliano Allegri sees Jashari as a key part of his new-look midfield. With other targets like Granit Xhaka and Javi Guerra looking unlikely, Milan are putting their energy into this deal.
Jashari, who has always dreamed of playing at San Siro, is believed to favor a move to Serie A over the Premier League — especially given United's recent struggles.
The Rossoneri have a history with Club Brugge, famously chasing Charles De Ketelaere in a long 2022 saga. This one could follow a similar script, with more twists to come before the final whistle.
