A top AEW star has been out of action for a while. New details have come to light regarding her status in the company.

Thunder Rosa has been one of the top stars in the women's division for a long time. She has even won the AEW Women's World Championship once. Sadly, an injury forced her to relinquish the title. Since recovering from her injury, she has been trying to win singles gold again, but to no avail. She even competed in the Women's Casino Gauntlet match at All In: Texas. However, she has not been seen on TV since this match, causing fans to worry about her status in the company.

During a recent Fightful Select Q&A session, Sean Ross Sapp was asked why Thunder Rosa has been absent for the past few months. The veteran journalist replied that the former Women's World Champion injured herself during the Casino Gauntlet match, but he was unsure about the nature of her injury. He also noted that she is still doing Busted Open Radio and has launched a new podcast with Nyla Rose.

AEW star Thunder Rosa recently reacted to Bianca Belair's statement

A few weeks ago, Triple H held a press conference where he revealed that WrestleMania 43 will move to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Several WWE stars were there for the event, including Bianca Belair, who was asked to comment about women competing in Saudi Arabia. She stated that the country has evolved for women over the past few years, and hence, they are able to create amazing moments together. These comments caught Thunder Rosa's attention.

Speaking on the Off The Rope podcast, the AEW star agreed that the women participating in these shows are making history, but they're still not going to change how society perceives women in these countries.

“They give them money, we’re gonna give you a show. That’s it… I think it’s a reflection of everything that is happening right now in America. That’s my reaction to things. Things are changing so fast… The stakeholders… they’re calling the shots, and you have to go for what they tell you to do, otherwise you’re not gonna eat. This is part of your job, and yes, Bianca (Belair), you are absolutely right. The women that are participating in these shows are making history, because seven years ago they couldn’t participate, but again, it’s like, you’re not gonna change how society looks at women in these countries," said the AEW star.

It will be interesting to see when Thunder Rosa will return to action again.

If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker. He would’ve also made that as Taker’s final match.
