At 68, Madonna is in full bloom.
The Queen of Pop rang in her latest birthday with an island celebration in Corfu, Greece — and an extravagant floral Dolce & Gabbana gown.
The Baroque piece was shown on the runway just last month at the brand’s Alta Moda Taormina show, sparkling with head-to-toe sequins and embellished with crystal and satin flowers.
An arrangement of lush faux fuchsia roses perched on a headpiece to crown the look.
The singer accessorized with glittering gold pumps and stacked Dinosaur Designs brass bangles. Around her neck, she wore a floral necklace set with tanzanite, morganite, aquamarine, rhodolite garnet and a South Sea pearl from Dolce & Gabbana’s ultra-exclusive Alta Gioielleria collection.
In photos, she blew out candles on a heart-shaped cake topped with a massive evil-eye motif and posed alongside five of her six children.
“It’s My Birthday! Eat, Pray, Love,Drink, Dance, Break plates, Feed Cats!!” she captioned a slideshow of photos from the family fête, ending with a note of gratitude and a nod to the island country: “Thank you G*D! 🇬🇷♥️”
The post arrived the same day MTV revealed she leads the 2026 VMA nominations with 11 nods — a career high — including video of the year for “Confessions II — The Film.”
She put out the 14-minute short in June, ahead of her latest album “Confessions II,” which debuted atop the Billboard 200 in July.
Dolce & Gabbana had a hand in that, too, dressing her for the film’s “Danceteria” sequence in a body-skimming baby-blue design modeled on a silhouette from the house’s spring 1998 collection.
In the comments of her birthday post, famous friends like Selma Blair, Pabllo Vittar and longtime pal Debi Mazar showered her with well-wishes.

Kelly Ripa even offered her greetings in Greek, writing, “χρόνια πολλά 👑🎉🎂🧿” (a phrase that translates literally to “many years” and means “many happy returns”).
Not to be limited to just one birthday ensemble, Madge also danced the night away in a white lace dress, which she made her own with a jumble of necklaces — her signature cross pendants among them — and an armful of colorful bracelets.
Her long table of friends and family, including 30-year-old boyfriend Akeem Morris, coordinated in all-white.
