Luke Littler World Darts Championships results
After qualifying for last year's World Darts Championship by finishing second in the 2023 PDC Development Tour series, a 16-year-old Littler took the world of darts by storm from his very first throw.
Littler beat Christian Kist 3-0, Andrew Gilding 3-1, Matt Campbell 4-1 and four-time world champion Raymond van Barneveld 4-1 in the first, second, third and fourth rounds respectively, with his dispatching of 'Barney' to reach the Last 16 showing that the teenager was something special.
Having made light work of Brendan Dolan (5-1) and Scott Williams (6-0) in the quarters and semifinals respectively, the seemingly unstoppable Littler became the youngest player by a distance to ever reach a World Championship Final, where his run finally came to an end in a 7-4 loss to world number one Humphries.
