The Los Angeles Lakers and Luka Doncic were sent packing from the NBA playoffs this season after their recent loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Lakers entered the contest 1-3 down in the series and suffered a 96-103 defeat in Game 5.
The loss meant their journey in the playoffs came to an end in the first round. In Game 5, Doncic scored 28 points, managed seven rebounds, and nine assists.
Despite being part of a superstar duo alongside LeBron James, he couldn't help the Lakers rescue their series against the Timberwolves. Doncic has now reacted to rumors about his future.

After the series against the Timberwolves, Doncic was asked whether he'd extend his time as a Laker. The Slovenian claimed he hasn't thought about it yet, but revealed that he has enjoyed his time with the team.
Doncic said, "I didn't think about it yet. I had my focus on Basketball. Obviously, this is the time now to think about everything."
Doncic added, "I mean it's been great [time as a Laker]. The way the fans accepted me, and it's been amazing, the way the community accepted me. I am really glad that I'm here, had a great couple of months. Trying to learn everything about the team, about the city, so just trying to process everything."
