Paying it forward must have paid off.

A kindhearted do-gooder couple from Wales won a $1 million jackpot for the second time in seven years — beating astronomical 24 trillion-to-1 odds, officials said.

Richard Davies, 49,  and wife Faye Stevenson-Davies, 43 — who volunteer with homeless and mentally ill folks — claimed their jackpot prize Tuesday after first scooping up the big bucks in 2018, the BBC reported.

“We knew the odds of it happening again were outrageous,” said Stevenson-Davies, a former nurse, who counsels mentally ill people at the Brecon & District Mind charity. “But we’re proof that if you believe, anything is possible.”

The lucky pair, from mid Wales, first won the EuroMillions Millionaire Maker drawing in June 2018, earning them £1 million, or roughly $1.3 million.

Even after hitting it big, they continued to play the game for fun, said Davies, a former hairdresser, who now cuts locks for a local homeless shelter.

“It came to us through a series of four consecutive Lotto draws,” said Davies, who also helps out friends by working as a delivery driver.

“That’s what’s happened to us. We matched two numbers and won a free Lucky Dip … That put us into the next draw and so on, until the winning draw.”

Despite being financially set, the couple plans to keep working — and embracing the giving spirit— over the holidays, they said.

Davies said he will work seven days a week as a courier during the busy package delivery season, he said.

Stevenson-Davies, meanwhile, will offer mental health services to her clients, including on Christmas Day.

But they’re not yet sure how to spend their latest windfall.

“The first time around we gifted people cars, we donated a minibus to the local rugby team and did our best to help friends and family … It was amazing to be able to make a difference,” Davies said.

“This time, who knows? We’ll take our time and enjoy the moment.”

The odds of the couple winning the drawing and then five numbers and the bonus ball on Lotto are more than 24-trillion-to-one,  according to experts at the lottery operator Allwyn.

In another example of defying lottery odds, Massachusetts resident Paul Corcoran won two $1 million Powerball prizes in one night after mistakenly buying an extra ticket in July.
