Hailey Holtz added a Super Bowl ring to a family resume already rich in football legacy.

The daughter of former East Carolina football coach Skip Holtz, Hailey works for the Seattle Seahawks as the club’s football operations coordinator and was part of the organization that celebrated a 29-13 Super Bowl victory in Santa Clara.

In her role, Holtz assists with weekly team schedules, oversees the planning and execution of all team meetings, and coordinates projects across coaching departments. She also manages the head coach’s calendar and daily operations, serving as a key behind-the-scenes connector throughout the building.

“I serve as the primary liaison for coaches’ wives and families, helping plan and coordinate events with the coaching staff and head coach,” Holtz has said. “On game days, I’m on the headset charting plays in real time for the head coach’s tablet, supporting in-game strategy and adjustments.”

Her Super Bowl moment arrives during an emotional stretch for the Holtz family. Legendary college football coach Lou Holtz, Hailey’s grandfather, is currently in hospice care at his Florida home.

The 89-year-old Hall of Famer led Notre Dame to the 1988 national championship and finished a 33-season head coaching career with a 249-132-7 record.
