Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli finally sold their Los Angeles home — a little more than a month after calling it quits.

The couple’s split from the property began long before news of their own. The luxurious mansion in the celeb-filled Hidden Hills community spent more than year on and off the market before securing this recent sale. The manse found its next owner for $12.65 million, Realtor.com reported — nearly $5 million below Loughlin and Giannulli’s initial ask.

The “Full House” star and her fashion designer husband announced their separation in early October after 28 years of marriage. A rep for Loughlin told Page Six that the pair were “living apart now,” but that no legal proceedings were underway.

Loughlin and Giannulli privately eloped in November 1997 and had two daughters together, influencer Olivia Jade, 26, and actress Isabella Rose, 27.

The family purchased their Hidden Hills home in early August 2020, according to Zillow, paying $9.5 million for the 1.57-acre property. Their move was quickly disrupted by prison sentences handed down to the couple later that same month.

Loughlin and Mossimo were sentenced to serve two and five months in prison, respectively, for their connection to the Varsity Blues college admissions scandal. The high-profile scheme saw their two daughters fraudulently admitted to the University of Southern California as purported athletic recruits.

The home was pulled the home from the market and returned with a price tag of $16.5 million in February of this year. The price continued its descent, discounted to $14.95 million in July before finally finding its buyer.
