To ensure a smooth transition, Marek Sacha will remain CEO of BuildingMinds during the transition period before joining the Board in a non-executive capacity.

Schindler successfully established BuildingMinds as a trusted platform for institutional real estate. As its current business is not directly adjacent to Schindler’s core activities, the company determined that its next stage of growth would be best supported under new ownership.
