Vandals scrawled “F–K ICE” across an American flag and defaced Republican campaign signs on a Long Island street corner, authorities said Tuesday.
Nassau County cops found two flags and a group of vandalized signs – including one for County Executive Bruce Blakeman — in Valley Stream around 2:20 p.m. Monday, police said.
One of the flags had the expletive message directed at US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which is partnering with Nassau authorities to crack down on illegal migrants under a controversial plan by Blakeman.
The federal agency has been under fire over President Trump’s hardline stance against illegal migrants with its agents facing an onslaught of intimidation and a rise in assaults.
A sign for Blakeman, who is running for reelection, had “Free Gaza” written across it.
Signs for Sheharyar Ali, a Republican running for a Nassau legislative seat, and incumbent Hempstead Supervisor John Ferretti, were also targeted, according to photos released by cops.
Blakeman blamed Democrats, including his election opponent, for the anti-ICE message.
“The rhetoric against ICE has been inflamed by Democrats including my opponent Seth Koslow who demonize federal agents who are making all communities safe especially the Hispanic American communities in the metropolitan region,” Blakeman told The Post in a statement.

Koslow, who is a county legislator, has criticized the federal agency’s expansive presence on Long Island and wants the agency only tackling violent criminals in the country illegally.
He slammed Blakeman for trying to connect him to the vandalism.
“Instead of spending his time blaming Democrats for what’s written on a wall, maybe he should focus on Nassau’s broken 911 system, the short-staffed police precincts, and the growing number of communities feeling less safe under his leadership,” a spokesperson for Koslow told The Post.
“Everyone condemns vandalism but using it to score cheap political points while ignoring the real problems Nassau families face is beneath the office he holds.”
Nassau police said anyone with information about the vandal or vandals can call the 5th Squad at 516-573-6553.
