It’s about damn time.

Lizzo revealed the secret to her slimdown — and clarified her Ozempic use — months after clapping back at rumors about the weight-loss drug.

“I’ve tried everything,” the singer, 37, said on Trisha Paytas’ “Just Trish” podcast Thursday.

However, the Grammy winner explained that she abandoned semaglutide early into her transformation.

“Ozempic works because you eat less food, yeah? So if you eat right, it makes you feel full,” she said. “But if you can just do that on your own and get mind over matter, it’s the same thing.”

Lizzo revealed that she saw the best results when she ditched her vegan diet.

She went on to defend those who use Ozempic to lose weight.

Lizzo turned to “whole foods” instead of “fake things” to stay full.

“It’s not easy,” Lizzo insisted. “It’s a drug to help somebody with something they’re struggling with.”

She added that “telling someone they’re cheating” is a “way of being fatphobic.”
