Liverpool boss Arne Slot is hoping to wrap up his summer transfer business before the start of preseason training in July.
The Reds squad will head off on their summer break after the season finale on May 25 with no FIFA Club World Cup duty for the Premier League champions.
Slot will give his players around five weeks off before a Europe-based training camp and a summer tour of Asia.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is the headline name heading out of Anfield, as the England international prepares to join Real Madrid on a free transfer, with Darwin Nunez and Caoimhin Kelleher also tipped to move on.
Bayer Leverkusen defender Jeremie Frimpong has been earmarked as a replacement for Alexander-Arnold alongside transfer interest in Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez as part of a defensive refresh.
Howver, the marquee signing signing could be Frimpong's Leverkusen teammate Florian Wirtz, with the Germany international considering his future following Xabi Alonso's departure.

Can Liverpool sign Florian Wirtz: Transfer fee, stats, rival clubs
Liverpool are not the only side interested in Wirtz with Manchester City and Bayern Munich also keen on the 22-year-old.
City's interest has reportedly dipped in recent weeks, with the player preferring either Anfield or the Allianz Arena, as he weighs up what to do next.
With his current contract running until 2027, Leverkusen face a crunch decision as they seek to avoid his deal running on without a renewal, and this summer is their best chance to secure a bumper transfer fee.

The main stumbling block focuses on Leverkusen's asking price of €100m [$113m] which would smash Liverpool's current transfer record.
Wirtz has enjoyed another stellar season at Leverkusen, with 16 goals and 15 assists across all competitions. The former FC Koln star also finished as No.1 in the Bundesliga for attacking through balls [26], goal-creating actions [26] and successful take-ons [82].
As per reports from German outlet Kicker, Wirtz and his family have spoken to Liverpool representatives and Bayern Munich head coach Vincent Kompany directly, but his current stance is 50-50 on where his next destination lies.
With Bayern Munich aiming to include him in their squad for the Club World Cup, Wirtz has indicated he will make a decision in the first week of June, with Reds fans poised to hear which offer he will accept.
