While her self-care practices aren't elaborate, Lindsay knows how important it is to carve out moments of peace, whether it’s a quick nap, a walk, or using products that make life easier without extra fuss.

E!: Aside from scent, what are some self-care practices you try to make time for these days, even if your routine looks different now?
LH: I don’t get a lot of “me” time these days, but I’m a big napper. It’s so simple, so easy. If I can just spend 20 minutes in the middle of the day to rest, it completely shifts how I feel for the rest of the day. 

Other than that, I try to go on long walks with my daughter Gemma, especially now that it’s warmer outside.

E!: Since you're spending more time outdoors, are there any summer beauty staples you rely on?
LH: I try to protect my skin as much as possible now. I grew up in Florida, and I used to lie in tanning beds and go super orange with platinum blonde hair. Now, I go for spray tans, and I wear a lot of sunscreen. 

E!: What role does scent play when you host people in your home? 
LH: I don’t think you need that much to really host a good event or a good dinner party, or an impromptu gathering. All you really need is your signature fragrance to set the vibe and the mood for your gathering, and a really good tablescape, and you’re good to go.

People really just want to feel comfortable. They want things to smell good, and they want to have a good time—always.
