Lindsay Hubbard celebrated her ex-fiancé, Carl Radke, calling off their engagement by hosting a “Freedom Dinner.”

“I’d like to refer to it as my Freedom Dinner — because it set me free and [our split] allowed me to go pursue everything that I pursued this last year,” Hubbard, 38, explains in a new “Summer House” preview, shared exclusively with Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea.”

“Now all my dreams are coming true,” she continues during a car ride from New York City to the Hamptons with co-stars Lexi Wood and Gabby Prescod, “and they wouldn’t have happened if I was still in that relationship.”

The pair’s split made headlines on Aug. 31, 2023, just weeks before they were set to tie the knot in Mexico. Hubbard reportedly felt “blindsided” by Radke’s decision to end things on camera, though trouble in their relationship was evident throughout production on Season 8 of “Summer House.”

Hubbard has since moved on with British biotech investor Turner Kufe, with whom she shares 5-month-old daughter Gemma. For his part, Radke appears to be currently single.

In addition to throwing a “Freedom Dinner,” Hubbard also commemorated her breakup anniversary with Radke by sharing a lengthy and emotional Instagram caption that is discussed in our sneak peek of this week’s “Summer House” installment.

“That’s what she’s got to do to put her story out there,” Radke tells some of his castmates — sans Hubbard — while gathered in the kitchen of their Hamptons rental.

“I’m sorry but when you put something out in that depth of detail, it’s screaming something else inside of you very deep and dark in your body that is having a hard time with the reality of what actually fucking happened,” the Soft Bar + Cafe founder elaborates. “Period.”

“Summer House” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo, with new episodes airing the next day on Peacock.
