Since the refining system was configured for battery-grade production on May 14, 2026, every full certificate of analysis issued through August 14 has reported lithium carbonate purity at or above 99.7%, exceeding the 99.5% minimum purity commonly specified for battery-grade lithium carbonate.

The three-month record demonstrates consistent lithium carbonate purity across repeated production campaigns.

Freedom Launchpad’s fully automated Gen 6 direct lithium extraction system and integrated refining equipment remain in active operation. The platform has produced approximately three tonnes of lithium carbonate across three distinct product requirements: battery-grade, technical-grade and customer-specific material. This includes one tonne manufactured to a customer’s required specification and delivered under LibertyStream’s initial industrial trial order.

Production Supporting Multiple Customer Paths

Beginning in early July 2026, lithium carbonate samples have been delivered to four customer organizations for evaluation. LibertyStream has also produced material meeting specifications supplied by three additional prospective customers.

This customer work builds on LibertyStream’s first definitive lithium carbonate offtake agreement, which provides for 600 tonnes per year beginning in 2027 and establishes contracted demand for planned production from Freedom 1.
