The Golden State Warriors gave Chris Manon a stage during Las Vegas Summer League.
He used the spotlight to seize a contract with the Los Angeles Lakers.
ESPN's Shams Charania reports that Manon has signed a two-way contract with the Lakers after spending the summer with the Warriors.
Manon played just 18.1 minutes per game in Vegas Summer League, but he still managed to average 11.0 points per game.
He added averages of 5.2 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.6 blocks and 1.4 steals per game in Vegas.

Manon just concluded his college career with a single season at Vanderbilt, where he put up 6.6 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 1.3 assists per game.
Before that, he was a three-year standout in the Ivy League at Cornell.
In 2023-24 for the Big Red, Manon put up 12.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.2 steals per game.
